Initial Consultation

Meet with us via phone, email, or video (preferred). The scope and details of the project are discussed and an outline of how we can help is proposed. This first meeting is completely non-committal. It's a great way to flush out a general plan for getting the item designed, made, packaged, shipped, stored, and marketed.
Design Sharing & Review​

Once a plan outline is in place and agreed upon, the design and production processes are revisited for manufacturing and efficiency gains.
This can involve small changes like altering the packaging style to save money on shipping & warehousing to reworking the materials or dimensions for better plating and finishing.
Mold/Cut Creation

When the design is finalized, all prices and minimum order quantities are provided. Prices generally include: mold fee (if necessary) and per piece price. After the price is agreed upon, payment is made for the mold or die cut.The mold is customer property that we will maintain in the supplier facility. Once the mold/die cut is completed we are ready to move forward with production.
Production

Pre-production samples of the items are produced and sent clients for final review.
Any final minor changes can be made at this point.
Thereafter an order amount is agreed upon and initial deposit payment is made.
Full payment is due once the order has been completed but before shipping.
Shipment

Shipping quotations are provided based on preferred method and terms. Items are arranged an shipped anywhere in the world. Updates will be sent on their progress as they are made available. Preparations can be made for warehousing and on-site logistics if needed.
Post Service

We make sure you are satisfied with the end result.
Successive alterations can be made following market feedback.
