Here's a quick look at our some of our past projects and exactly how we've helped them turn their ideas into successful ventures.

Initial Concept

Stable Table's owner, Clayton Crouch approached us with an idea for a table leveling solution. We started with a very basic design sketch.

Testing and Materials

Our first goal was to use Clayton's design as a launch point to sculpt a finished product that would serve all of the needs he outlined. Clayton's vision was that the table levelers needed to be flexible, sturdy, and most importantly grip the floor. We took this knowledge and the design to our network where we paired his project with a polymer manufacturer that gave us critical material selection advice. Multiple material samples were sent to Clayton for testing and final selection.

Mold Creation + More Samples

With materials in place, we moved on to further design alterations centered around the goal of cost and manufacturability. Every alteration was made collaboratively with Clayton. Physical samples were sent with every change to ensure mutual agreement. Once a design was finalized, it was time to create a mold. We were careful in how we designed the mold as well, to minimize wasted material and rejected items.

Production

With the design locked down and the mold created, we moved on to full production. Samples were again sent to Clayton for pre-production finalization. Packaging was developed collaboratively with our designers to create a package that would wow their customers. A die-cut mold was made to fit the selected jar and label.

Packaging + Shipping

A full production run of the products was manufactured, packaged, and prepared for shipping. During the time frame of production, our network was again utilized to find the best shipping solution for Clayton and Stable Table. Given his preferences, quotations from shipping options were carefully looked over and a final selection was made.

Market Introduction + Expansion

Stable Table Pro entered the Amazon marketplace and quickly found success with customers both in sales and reviews. Stable Table Pro has since expanded to include 3 additional varieties. We look forward to continue to partner with Clayton and Stable Table Pro in the future.
